  • ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED.

    We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Most orders leave our California warehouse within 72 business hours with some exceptions. If you need an order by a certain date, please email us BEFORE you place your order. If an item is out of stock it will be shipped as soon as it is restocked. All shipping is via UPS ground. Total delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (this does not include order processing time which can vary from 3 to 15 business days). If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, military APO and FPO addresses requires an additional charge of $12.50.

  • Return Policy
  • All items are guaranteed to be as described and to be free of defects. (Please note that colors may vary slightly from the photo you see on your computer screen.)

    To obtain authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, YOU MUST EMAIL US within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not pay for return shipping, this is the customer's responsibility.

    Original shipping will NOT be refunded on returns.

    If you refuse shipping on an order a refund will be processed. Original shipping will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

    Merchandise returned due to UPS or DHL's inabilty to deliver your product also incurs a restocking fee of 20%, however you can have it re-shipped at the cost of shipping.

    Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance: Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Sample items are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

    Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned to the customer and shipping cost of return will be charged.
